Please sign your Program agreement
Review the Post-SAP Program Service Agreement, then type your full legal name to accept it. We'll email you a copy and keep one on file.
Agreement signed. A copy is on its way to your email, and we've saved one to your file.
One thing left: your CDL
Your program can't start until we have a copy of your CDL — it's how your tests and Clearinghouse record get matched to you. Text a photo of the front of your CDL to (602) 899-1606, and include your program number.
